1. Images
a)- Canvason9 can accept images in any electronic format (JPEG, TIFF, PDF etc) or a hard copy photograph for scanning.
b)- Canvason9 can accept images via email or via post on CD, memory card, DVD, pen drive etc.
c) - Customers must hold the copyright on the image in question. If the customer does not have copyright of the image then they must get written permission. By purchasing artworks from this site the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
d)- Canvason9 does not accept any images larger than A4 for scanning.
e)- Canvason9 will proof the customer if any cropping or image alteration is involved before printing of said image.
f)- Canvason9 cannot be held responsible for any photographs, CD's, memory sticks etc that go missing in the post. It is up to the customer to ensure the safe arrival of all posted items.
g)- Canvason9 will alert the customer if the image is too blurred for scanning or printing but will go ahead with printing if the customer gives the go ahead.
h)- Canvason9 may make alternative suggestions to the customer regarding a print if they think there is a better option however the customer will always have to approve a proof before printing commences.
i)- Canvason9 will not print any pornographic, racist or any other material they deem offensive.
j)- Canvason9 may choose to use a customers image for promotional purposes. This may include website promotion or general marketing such as brochures, flyers etc.
k)- Canvason9 cannot be held responsible for the warping of a picture frame due to excessive temperatures. Canvason9 recommends that all pictures are hung at room temperature.
l)- No printing will take place until the order has been paid for in advance unless a trade customer. Trade customers will have one month from the invoice issue date to pay.
m)- Customers may only cancel an order if said order has yet to go to print.
2. Prints
a)- Canvason9 will ensure that each print has been produced using the best equipment and inks available to them.
b)- Canvason9 will laminate all prints for added protection against UV light and aging.
c)- Canvason9 will frame each print unless otherwise requested by the customer.
d) All artwork will come 'ready to hang'. No addition framing will be needed.
3. Delivery & Postage
a)- All prints and 'art to go' paintings will be despatched within 10 working days.
b)- All painted to order artwork will be despatched within 20 working days.
c) Canvason9 cannot guarantee a certain delivery time.
d)- All customers must provide the relevant contact information for the courier.
e)- Canvason9 will ensure all pictures are packaged sufficiently as to provide protection whilst in transit.
4. Shipping Costs
Collection - FREE
Republic of Ireland - €15
UK Mainland - €25
Europe - €30
USA & Canada - €45
Rest of the World - €75
5. Returns Policy
a)- The customer must inform Canvason9 of the return within 24 hours of receipt of product(s).
b)- All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of product(s).
c)- Canvason9 will replace any damaged items but will not offer a refund on damaged items unless 5.a) & 5.b) apply.
5- Copyright
a)- All website content, including any images and text used in this site and any marketing material remain copyright of Canvason9. Any breach of this copyright will be pursued legally.
